EXPLANATORY NOTE The purpose of this Bill is to remove from the Public Service Pensions Act, 1991 the requirement for the government of the province to pay $60 million per year into the public service pension plan of the province. |

A AN ACT TO AMEND THE PUBLIC SERVICE PENSIONS ACT, 1991 Analysis 1.
