EXPLANATORY NOTE

The purpose of this Bill is to remove from the Public Service Pensions Act, 1991 the requirement for the government of the province to pay $60 million per year into the public service pension plan of the province.

        1. Subsections 6(2.1), (3.1), (3.2) and (3.3) of the Public Service Pensions Act, 1991 are repealed.
