EXPLANATORY NOTES

This Bill would amend the following Acts to repeal provisions respecting vote on offer:

         An Act to Amend the Labour Relations Act; and

         An Act to Amend the Public Service Collective Bargaining Act No. 2.

Be it enacted by the Lieutenant-Governor and House of Assembly in Legislative Session convened, as follows:

AN ACT TO AMEND THE LABOUR RELATIONS ACT

SNL2012 c30 Amdt.

1. Sections 13 and 22 of An Act to Amend the Labour Relations Act are repealed.

AN ACT TO AMEND THE PUBLIC SERVICE COLLECTIVE BARGAINING ACT NO. 2

SNL2012 c31 Amdt.

2. Sections 2 and 4 of An Act to Amend the Public Service Collective Bargaining Act No. 2 are repealed.
