HONOURABLE ANDREW PARSONS, Q.C.

Minister of Justice and Public Safety and Attorney General

Ordered to be printed by the Honourable House of Assembly

EXPLANATORY NOTES

This Bill would amend the Access to Information and Protection of Privacy Act, 2015 to confirm a previously made change in Schedule B of the Act.  Newfoundland and Labrador Regulation 10/18 made an addition to Schedule B.  However, by virtue of section 4 of the Act, that addition does not survive beyond the end of the next sitting of the House of Assembly.  This Bill would confirm that addition.
