Under the authority of section 62 of the Urban and Rural Planning Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council makes the following regulation.

1. Subsection 6(3) of the Rural Conservation Zone, Code (RC) of Schedule A of the Protected Road Zoning Regulations is amended by striking out the number "60" and substituting the number "55".

2. Section 1 is considered to have come into on force on May 28, 1996.
