Licensing and Equipment Regulations (Amendment)
under the
Highway Traffic Act

Under the authority of section 195 of the Highway Traffic Act, I make the following regulations.

1. Section 41 of the Licensing and Equipment Regulations is amended by adding immediately after subsection (3) the following:

(4) The minister may, by permit, allow a foreign vehicle that has been previously registered outside the province and does not comply with this section to be operated on a highway where, in the minister's opinion, modification to the vehicle is not practical.
