Off-road Vehicle Operation in the T'Railway
Provincial Park Prohibition Order
under the
Provincial Parks Regulations
and
Provincial Parks Act

Under the authority of section 11 of the Provincial Parks Regulations and the Provincial Parks Act, I make the following Order.

Short title

        1. This Order may be cited as the Off-road Vehicle Operation in the T'Railway Provincial Park Prohibition Order.

Off-road vehicles prohibited

        2. The use of off-road vehicles in the Newfoundland T'Railway Provincial Park is prohibited in those portions of the park lying within the boundaries of the City of St. John's and the City of Mount Pearl and continuing westward within the municipal boundary of the Town of Paradise, until the park intersects with McNamara Road in that municipality.
