 Motorized Snow Vehicles and All-Terrain Vehicles Regulations (Amendment)
under the
Motorized Snow Vehicles and All-Terrain Vehicles Act

Under the authority of section 21 of the Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following regulations.

        1. Section 25 of the Motorized Snow Vehicles and All-Terrain Vehicles Regulations is repealed and the following substituted:

      25. These regulations, with the exception of sections 5, 5.1, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23 and 24, shall not apply in Labrador, except for

             (a)  the communities of Capstan Island, Churchill Falls, Forteau, Labrador City, Happy Valley-Goose Bay, L'Anse-Amour, L'Anse-au-Clair, L'Anse-au-Loup, Lodge Bay, Mary's Harbour, Northwest River, Pinware, Red Bay, Sheshatshit, Wabush, West St. Modeste;

             (b)  provincial highway Route No. 510;

             (c)  a road that connects a community listed in paragraph (a) to Route No. 510;

             (d)  provincial highway Route No. 520 between Happy Valley-Goose Bay and Northwest River; and

             (e)  provincial highway Route No. 500 between the Quebec/Newfoundland border and Happy Valley-Goose Bay.
