Under the authority of section 19 of the Private Training Institutions Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council makes the following regulations.

1. Section 10.07 of the Private Training Institutions Regulations is amended by deleting the reference "sections 10.1 to 10.6" and by substituting the reference "sections 10.01 to 10.06".

Commencement

2. This regulation shall be considered to have come into force on December 8, 2000.
