Under the authority of section 80 of the Labour Standards Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following regulations.

Short title

        1. These regulations may be cited as the Labour Standards Reciprocating Jurisdictions Regulations.

Reciprocating jurisdictions

        2. The provinces and territories of Canada listed in the Schedule are reciprocating jurisdictions for the purpose of section 80 of the Act and the authorities listed in conjunction with those jurisdictions are designated as the authorities who may make an application under section 80.
