Liquor Licensing Regulations (Amendment)
under the
Liquor Control Act

Under the authority of section 61 of the Liquor Control Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following regulations.

        1. (1) Paragraph 17(3)(c) of the Liquor Licensing Regulations is repealed and the following substituted:

             (c)  a cinema, theatre, sports stadium or amusement arcade;

             (2)  Paragraph 17(3)(e) of the regulations is repealed.
