Supreme Court Fees Regulations
under the
Judicature Act

Under the authority of subsection 55(2) of
the Judicature Act, the
Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the
following regulations.

Short title
1. These
regulations may be cited as the Supreme Court Fees Regulations.

2. A
person shall pay to the registrar of the Supreme Court the fee listed in the
Schedule for the service set out opposite the fee.

3. Rule 55, Appendix, paragraph J of the Rules of the Supreme Court, 1986 is
repealed.

J. - FEES TO BE TAKEN BY THE REGISTRAR

For Letters of guardianship,
administration of goods not administered, administration of a shared legacy,
or other second or subsequent letters for the estate of a deceased person

to courts and to those other persons or institutions the Registrar considers
