Newfoundland and Labrador Chicken Marketing Scheme
and
Natural Products Marketing Act

Under the authority of subparagraph 5(1)(b)(vi) of the Newfoundland and Labrador Chicken Marketing Scheme, and the Natural Products Marketing Act, the Chicken Farmers of Newfoundland and Labrador make the following regulations.

        1. Section 1 of the Newfoundland and Labrador Chicken Marketing Board Licensing Regulations is repealed and the following substituted:

Short title

        1. These regulations may be cited as the Chicken Farmers of Newfoundland and Labrador Licensing Regulations.
