Income and Employment Support Regulations (Amendment)

Income and Employment Support Act

Under the authority of section 52 of the Income and Employment Support Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following regulations.

1. Paragraph 8(a) of the Income and Employment Support Regulations is amended by striking out the word "or" at the end of subparagraph (ix) and by striking out the semicolon at the end of subparagraph (x) and substituting a coma and the word "or" and by adding immediately after subparagraph (x) the following:

(xi) funds received from or accumulated in a Registered Disability Savings Plan as referred to in the Canada Disabilities Savings Act;
