Fish Inspection Ticket Offences Regulations (Amendment)

Fish Inspection Act

Under the authority of paragraph 4(1)(e.1) of the Fish Inspection Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following regulations.

        1. Section 3 of the Fish Inspection Ticket Offences Regulations is repealed and the following substituted:

Subsequent offences

        3. (1) With respect to those provisions of the Fish Inspections Operations Regulations referred to in the Schedule  a person shall be considered to be convicted of a second, third or subsequent offence when convicted of an offence within 12 months of the date of the last conviction for the same offence under those regulations.

             (2)  With respect to those provisions of the In-Province Retail Fish Establishment Regulations referred to in the Schedule a person shall be considered to be convicted of a second, third or subsequent offence when convicted of an offence within 12 months of the date of the last conviction for the same offence under those regulations.
