Under the authority of section 52 of the Income and Employment Support Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following regulations.

1. The Income and Employment Support Regulations are amended by adding immediately after subparagraph 8(a)(iii) the following:

(iii.1) a payment under the Pre-1986/Post-1990 Hepatitis C Compensation Agreement unless the payment is compensation for past loss of net income or past loss of services in the home as set out in section 2.05, 2.06 or 4.04 of that Agreement,
