Under the authority of section 91.6 of the Labour Relations Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following regulations.

1. These regulations may be cited as the Labour Management Arbitration Committee Regulations.

Organizations prescribed

2. The employer and labour organizations from which the arbitration committee shall be constituted are:

(a) the Newfoundland and Labrador Business Coalition Inc.; and

(b) the Newfoundland and Labrador Federation of Labour.
