1. (1) Section 5 of the Access to Information Regulations is amended by adding immediately after paragraph (e) the following:

(e.1) section 5.4 of the Energy Corporation Act;

(2) Section 5 of the regulations is amended by adding immediately after paragraph (q) the following:

(q.1) section 21 of the Research and Development Council Act;
