Under the authority of section 5 of the Pedestrian Trails Liability Protection Act, I make the following regulations.

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Pedestrian Trails Designation Regulations.

East Coast Trail

2. The East Coast Trail, described in License to Occupy Numbers 116109, 116385, 116547, 117581, 117747, as assigned under the Lands Act, is designated as a trail to which the Act applies.
