Local Service District Regulations (Amendment)
under the
Municipalities Act, 1999

Under the authority of section 415 of the Municipalities Act, 1999, I make the following regulations.

        1. (1) Subsection 52(1) of the Local Service District Regulations is amended by striking the words "Local Service District Volunteer Fire Department Regulations as set out in the Schedule" and substituting the words "Fire Chief Regulations".

             (2)  Subsection 52(3) of the regulations is amended by striking the words "prescribed by section 3 of the Local Service District Volunteer Fire Department Regulations" and substituting the words "set out in the Fire Chief Regulations".

 

        2. The Schedule to the regulations is repealed.
