Under the authority of section 7 of the Endangered Species Act, the Minister of Environment and Conservation, with the approval of the Lieutenant-Governor in Council, makes the following regulations.

        1. Schedule A of the Endangered Species List Regulations is amended by

             (a)  adding immediately before the species "Graceful Felt Lichen (Voles Ears Lichen) - Erioderma mollissimum", the species "Feathery False Solomon's Seal - Maianthemum racemosum subsp. racemosum";

             (b)  adding immediately before the species "Long's Braya - Braya longii", the species "Lindley's Aster - Symphyotrichum ciliolatum"; and

             (c)  adding immediately after the species "Red Knot - Calidris canutus rufa", the species "Rock Dwelling Sedge - Carex petricosa var. misandroides" and the species "Vreeland's Striped Coralroot - Corallorhiza striata var. vreelandii".
