Carrier Safety Regulations (Amendment)
under the
Highway Traffic Act

Under the authority of section 197 of the Highway Traffic Act, I make the following regulations.

1. The schedule to the Carrier Safety Regulations is amended by adding immediately after the reference to subsection 111(1) of the Highway Traffic Act the following:

111.1(1)

Operating a slow moving vehicle on a highway with a speed limit of greater than 80 kilometres an hour.

Commencement

2. These regulations come into force on March 10, 2014.
