Angling and Tag Use Order (Amendment) (Filed June 17, 2014) Under the authority of section 4.1 of the Wild Life Regulations and the Wild Life Act, I make the following regulations. Dated at Terry French ORDER Analysis 1.

S.7 R&S NLR 50/10 1. Sections 2 and 3 of the Salmon Angling and Tag Use Order are repealed and the following substituted: Tags - class 2 rivers 2. Salmon retained by angling on rivers with a yearly quota of 2 salmon (Class 2) under section 13.1 and Schedule I of the Newfoundland and Labrador Fishery Regulations (Canada) shall be tagged with red tags only. Tags - class 4 rivers 3. Salmon retained by angling on rivers with a yearly quota of 4 salmon (Class 4) under section 13.1 and Schedule I of the Newfoundland and Labrador Fishery Regulations (Canada) shall be tagged with red or green tags only. 2. Subsection 4(1) of the Order is repealed and the following substituted: Tags - class 6 rivers 4. (1) Salmon retained by angling on rivers with a yearly quota of 6 salmon (Class 6) under section 13.1 and Schedule I of the Newfoundland and Labrador Fishery Regulations (Canada) shall be tagged with red, green or blue tags. 3. Section 7 of the Order is repealed and the following substituted: Tags - non-scheduled rivers 7. Salmon
retained by angling on a river or other inland waters with a yearly quota of 2
salmon (Class 2) under section 13.1 of the Newfoundland
