Endangered Species List Regulations (Amendment)
under the
Endangered Species Act

Under the authority of sections 7 and 44 of the Endangered Species Act, the Minister of Environment and Conservation, with the approval of the Lieutenant-Governor in Council, makes the following regulations.

        1. Schedule A of the Endangered Species List Regulations is amended by

             (a)  adding immediately after the species "Feathery False Solomon's Seal- Maianthemum racemosum subsp. racemosum" the species "Gmelin's Watercrowfoot - Ranunculus gmelinii";

             (b)  adding immediately after the species "Graceful Felt Lichen (Voles Ears Lichen)-Erioderma mollissimum" the species "Griscom's Arnica - Arnica griscomii subsp. griscomii"; and

             (c)  adding immediately after the species "Wolverine-Gulo gulo" the species "Wooly Arnica - Arnica angustifolia subsp. tomentosa".

 

        2. Schedule B of the regulations is amended by adding immediately after the species "Sharpleaf Aster- Oclemena acuminata" the species "Tradescant's Aster- Symphyotrichum tradescantii".

 

        3. Schedule C of the regulations is amended by

             (a)  adding immediately after the species "Barrow's Goldeneye - Bucephala islandica" the species Blue Felt Lichen - Degelia plumbea; and

             (b)  adding immediately after the species "Short-eared owl- Asio flammeus" the species "Water Pygmyweed- Tillaea aquatica".
