City of Mount Pearl Violation Notice Regulations (Amendment)
under the
City of Mount Pearl Act
and the
Urban and Rural Planning Act, 2000

Under the authority of section 280.3 of the City of Mount Pearl Act and section 39.3 of the Urban and Rural Planning Act, 2000, I make the following regulations.

        1. Section 3 of the City of Mount Pearl Violation Notice Regulations is repealed and the following substituted:

        3. The council may issue violation notices with respect to a failure to comply with a provision of the following regulations enacted by the council under the City of Mount Pearl Act or the Urban and Rural Planning Act, 2000:

             (a)  City of Mount Pearl Animal Control Regulations, 2014;

             (b)  City of Mount Pearl Anti-Litter Regulations;

             (c)  City of Mount Pearl Building Regulations, 2011;

             (d)  City of Mount Pearl Civic Numbering Regulations, 2010;

             (e)  City of Mount Pearl Fence and Retaining Wall Regulations, 2013;

             (f)  City of Mount Pearl Snow Clearing Regulations;

             (g)  City of Mount Pearl Taxi Regulations, 2014;

             (h)  City of Mount Pearl Water Conservation Regulations.

              (i)  Commercial Motor Vehicle Regulations;

              (j)  Mobile Canteen Regulations;

             (k)  Mount Pearl Development Regulations, 2010;

              (l)  Mount Pearl Solid Waste Regulations;

           (m)  Noise Regulations, 2015;

             (n)  Occupancy and Maintenance Regulations;

             (o)  Place of Entertainment (Circuses, Go-Carts and Amusement Parks) Regulations;

             (p)  Public Area Vehicle Regulations;

             (q)  The City of Mount Pearl Graffiti, Loitering, Public Behaviour and Vandalism Regulations;

              (r)  The City of Mount Pearl Open Air Burning Regulations;

             (s)  The Mount Pearl Sign Maintenance Regulations, 2000; and

              (t)  Tree Regulations.
