Interim Development Regulations, 2003 (Amendment)
under the
Urban and Rural Planning Act, 2000

Under the authority of section 34 and subsection 39(2) of the Urban and Rural Planning Act, 2000, I make the following regulations.

1. The Schedule to the Interim Development Regulations, 2003 is amended by adding immediately before the words "Trinity Bay North Municipal Planning Area" the words "St. Jacques-Coombs Cove Municipal Planning Area - area added by St. Jacques-Coombs Cove Municipal Planning Area (Amendment), NLR 5/17, only".

Commencement

2. These regulations are considered to have come into force on February 3, 2017.
