Under the authority of section 19 of the Regional Service Boards Act, 2012, I make the following regulations.

1. Subsection 3(3) of the Eastern Regional Service Board Regulations, 2013 is repealed and the following substituted:

(3) The board has the power to provide fire protection services within the Eastern region subject to the terms and conditions that the minister may determine.
