Highway Traffic Driver Regulations, 1999 (Amendment)
under the
Highway Traffic Act

Under the authority of section 186 of the Highway Traffic Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following regulations.

        1. (1) Paragraphs 27(1)(a) and (b) of the Highway Traffic Driver Regulations, 1999 are repealed and the following substituted:

             (a)  under the authority of section 60.003, 60.004, 60.03, 60.04, 60.2 or 60.5 of the Act;

             (b)  under a 7 day or 90 day roadside suspension; or

             (2)  Subsection 27(2.1) of the regulations is repealed.

 

        2. Schedule A of the regulations is repealed and the following substituted:
