Under the authority of section 186 of the Highway Traffic Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following regulations.

1. Paragraph 2(1)(d) of the Vehicle Seizure and Impoundment Regulations, 2012 is amended by deleting the reference "section 254 of the Criminal Code" and substituting the reference "section 320.11 of the Criminal Code".

2. Subsection 6.1(6) of the regulations is amended by deleting the reference "section 254 of the Criminal Code" and substituting the reference "section 320.27 or 320.28 of the Criminal Code".
