Town of Labrador City Violation Notice Regulations (Amendment)
under the
Municipalities Act, 1999
and the
Urban and Rural Planning Act, 2000

Under the authority of section 421.3 of the Municipalities Act, 1999 and section 39.3 of the Urban and Rural Planning Act, 2000, I make the following regulations.

Violation notices

NLR 14/15

        1. (1) Paragraph 3(a) of the Town of Labrador City Violation Notice Regulations is repealed and the following substituted:

             (d)  Town of Labrador City Animal Control Regulations, 2019;

             (2)  Section 3 of the Town of Labrador City Violation Notice Regulations is amended by adding immediately after paragraph (d) the following:

         (d.1)  Town of Labrador City Dog Licencing Regulations, 2019;
