Under the authority of section 60 of the Public Health Protection and Promotion Act, I make the following regulations.

1. Subsection 6(1) of the Public Health Protection and Promotion Regulations is amended by adding immediately after paragraph (b) the following:

(b.1) COVID-19;

2. Schedule A of the regulations is amended by adding immediately below the reference "Clostridium Difficile" the reference "COVID-19".
