Under the authority of section 38 of the Court of Appeal Act, the Rules Committee of the Court of Appeal makes the following Rules.

1. Rule 7.1 Added
Supreme Court

1. The Court of Appeal Rules are amended by adding immediately after rule 7 the following:

Supreme Court

7.1 A reference in these rules to "Supreme Court, Trial Division" shall be read as a reference to "Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador" as continued in the Judicature Act.
