Liquor Licensing Regulations (Amendment)
under the
Liquor Control Act

Under the authority of section 61 of the Liquor Control Act, the Board of the Newfoundland and Labrador Liquor Corporation, with the approval of the Lieutenant-Governor in Council, makes the following regulations.

        1. Section 15.2 of the Liquor Licensing Regulations is amended by adding immediately after subsection (6) the following:

         (6.1)  Notwithstanding a signed acknowledgement in accordance with subsection (6), where a customer has completed the task in subparagraph (6)(a)(i) prior to the coming into force of this subsection but has not completed the tasks in subparagraphs (6)(a)(ii) to (iv) at the time this subsection comes into force, a licensee may perform the tasks in subparagraphs (6)(a)(ii) and (iii) on behalf of the customer.
