Income and Employment Support Regulations (Amendment)

Income and Employment Support Act

Under the authority of section 52 of the Income and Employment Support Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following regulations.

        1. Paragraph 8(a) of the Income and Employment Support Regulations is amended by deleting the word "or" at the end of subparagraph (xvii), deleting the semi-colon at the end of subparagraph (xviii) and substituting a comma and the word "or" and by adding immediately after that subparagraph the following:

                 (xix)  a payment made by the Government of Canada to persons with disabilities for reasons related to COVID-19;

Commencement

        2. These regulations come into force on October 30, 2020.
