Under the authority of section 111 of the Environmental Protection Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following regulations.

1. Section 31.48 of the Waste Management Regulations is repealed and the following substituted:

Passing on of costs

31.48 A retailer shall not charge a consumer a separate fee with respect to the costs associated with implementing or operating an oil and glycol stewardship plan or carrying out the brand owner's duties under this Part.
