Endangered Species List Regulations (Amendment)
under the
Endangered Species Act
 (O.C. 2021-134)

Under the authority of sections 7 and 44 of the Endangered Species Act, the Minister of Fisheries, Forestry and Agriculture, with the approval of the Lieutenant-Governor in Council, makes the following regulations.

       1.  Schedule A of the Endangered Species List Regulations is amended by

             (a)  adding immediately after the species "Lindley's Aster – Symphyotrichum ciliolatum" the species "Little Brown Myotis – Myotis lucifugus"; and

             (b)  adding immediately after the species "Northern Bog Aster - Symphyotrichum boreale" the species "Northern Myotis - Myotis septentrionalis".
