Salmon Angling and Tag Use Order, 2019 (Amendment)
under the
Wild Life Regulations
and the
Wild Life Act

Under the authority of section 3.2 and 4.1 of the Wild Life Regulations and the Wild Life Act, I make the following Order.

Analysis

1. S.3 R&S
Tags – class 4 & 6 rivers & unclassified rivers

NLR 36/19

1. Section 3 of the Salmon Angling and Tag Use Order, 2019 is repealed and the following substituted:

Tags – class 4 & 6 rivers & unclassified rivers

3. Salmon retained by angling on rivers designated as Class 4 or 6 and on unclassified rivers under the Newfoundland and Labrador Fishery Regulations (Canada) shall be tagged with only

(a) red tag number one; or

(b) green tag number 3.
