S.2 R&S NLR 68/18 1. Section 2 of the Black Bear Hunting and Snaring Order, Newfoundland and Labrador is repealed and the following substituted: Devices permitted 2. (1) Only Aldrich foot snares or similar devices may be set for the taking of black bears and those devices shall be set in a covered "cubby set" and clearly marked with a warning sign indicating that a bear snaring device is set in the "cubby". (2) A person who sets a device referred to in subsection (1) shall check it daily. ©Queen's Printer |
