Endangered Species List Regulations (Amendment)
under the
Endangered Species Act
(O.C. 2021-200)

Under the authority of sections 7 and 44 of the Endangered Species Act, the Minister of Fisheries, Forestry and Agriculture, with the approval of the Lieutenant-Governor in Council, makes the following regulations.

        1. Schedule A of the Endangered Species List Regulations is amended by adding immediately after the species "Griscom's Arnica – Arnica griscomii subsp. griscomii" the species "Gypsy Cuckoo Bumble Bee – Bombus bohemicus".

 

        2. Schedule B of the regulations is amended by

             (a)  adding immediately after the species "American Marten (Island of Newfoundland Population) – Martes americana atrata" the species "Black Ash – Fraxinus nigra";

             (b)  adding immediately after the species "Common Nighthawk – Chardeiles minor" the species "Hudsonian Godwit – Limosa haemastica";

             (c)  adding immediately after the species "Sharpleaf Aster – Oclemena acuminata" the species "Suckley's Cuckoo Bumble Bee – Bombus suckleyi"; and

             (d)  adding immediately after the species "Woodland Caribou (Red Wine herd) – Rangifer tarandus" the species "Wrinkled Shingle Lichen – Pannaria lurida".
