Town of Grand Falls-Windsor Violation Notice Regulations (Amendment)
under the
Municipalities Act, 1999
and the
Urban and Rural Planning Act, 2000

Under the authority of section 421.3 of the Municipalities Act, 1999 and section 39.3 of the Urban and Rural Planning Act, 2000, I make the following regulations.

        1. (1) Paragraph 3(c) of the Town of Grand Falls-Windsor Violation Notice Regulations is repealed and the following substituted:

             (c)  Town of Grand Falls-Windsor Mobile Vendor Regulations;

             (2)  Paragraph 3(g) of the regulations is repealed and the following substituted:

             (g)  The Town of Grand Falls-Windsor Development Regulations 2020-2030;

             (3)  Section 3 of the regulations is amended by adding immediately after paragraph (g) the following:

          (g.1)  Town of Grand Falls-Windsor Fence Regulations;
