Under the authority of sections 111 and 113 of the Revenue Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following regulations.

1. Section 64.5 of the Revenue Administration Regulations is amended by adding immediately after paragraph (f) the following:

(f.1) crop insurance provided under the Crop Insurance Act;

(f.2) livestock insurance provided under the Livestock Insurance Act;

2. These regulations are considered to have come into force on July 1, 2016.
