Aquaculture Regulations (Amendment)

Aquaculture Act

Under the authority of section 11 of the Aquaculture Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following regulations.

1. (1) Paragraph 4(1)(a) of the Aquaculture Regulations is repealed and the following substituted:

(a) place buoys in a manner directed by Transport Canada;

(2) Paragraph 4(1)(c) of the regulations is amended by deleting the word "yellow".

2. These regulations come into force on March 31, 2022.
