Town of Labrador City Violation Notice Regulations (Amendment)
under the
Municipalities Act, 1999
and the
Urban and Rural Planning Act, 2000

Under the authority of section 421.3 of the Municipalities Act, 1999 and section 39.3 of the Urban and Rural Planning Act, 2000, I make the following regulations.

        1. (1) Section 3 of the Town of Labrador City Violation Notice Regulations is amended by renumbering paragraph (a) as paragraph (a.1) and adding immediately before that paragraph the following:

             (a)  Mobile Vendor Regulations, 2021;

             (2)  Paragraph 3(e) of the regulations is repealed and the following substituted:

             (e)  Town of Labrador City Fence & Retaining Wall Regulations, 2021;

 

             (3)  Section 3 of the regulations is amended by adding immediately after paragraph (g) the following:

          (g.1)  Town of Labrador City Recreational Vehicle Regulations, 2012;

             (4)  Paragraph 3(m) of the regulations is repealed and the following substituted:

           (m)  Town of Labrador City Taxi Regulations, 2021; and
