        1. (1) Paragraph 2(b) of the Timber Scaling Regulations is repealed.

             (2)  Paragraph 2(f) of the regulations is amended by deleting the word "board" and substituting the words "chief scaler".

 

        2. Section 4 of the regulations is amended by deleting the word "board" and substituting the words "chief scaler".

 

        3. Subsection 5(2) of the regulations is amended by deleting the word "board" and substituting the words "chief scaler". 

 

        4. Section 6 of the regulations is amended by deleting the words "his or her" and substituting the words "the timber scaler's".

 

        5. Section 7 of the regulations is amended by deleting the word "board" wherever it appears and substituting the words "chief scaler". 

 

        6. Section 9 of the regulations is amended by deleting the word "board" wherever it appears and substituting the words "chief scaler". 

 

        7. Section 11 of the regulations is amended by deleting the word "board" and substituting the words "chief scaler". 

 

        8. Section 14 of the regulations is amended by deleting the word "board" and substituting the words "chief scaler". 

 

        9. Section 15 of the regulations is amended by deleting the word "board" wherever it appears and substituting the words "chief scaler". 

 

      10. Section 17 of the regulations is amended by deleting the words "his or her" and substituting the words "the timber scaler's".

 

      11. Section 20 of the regulations is amended by deleting the word "board" and substituting the words "chief scaler".
