Income and Employment Support Regulations (Amendment)
under the
Income and Employment Support Act
(O.C. 2022-197)

Under the authority of section 52 of the Income and Employment Support Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following regulations.

        1. Paragraph 8(a) of the Income and Employment Support Regulations is amended by deleting the word "or" at the end of subparagraph (xviii), deleting the semi-colon at the end of subparagraph (xix) and substituting a comma and the word "or" and by adding immediately after that subparagraph the following:

                  (xx)  a transitional payment received from the Government of Canada by a person who is in Canada under the Canada-Ukraine Authorization for Emergency Travel;

        2. These regulations are considered to have come into force on June 2, 2022.
