1. Subsection 6(3) of the Public Health Protection and Promotion Regulations is amended by adding immediately after paragraph (q) the following:

(q.01) mpox;

2. Schedule A of the regulations is amended by adding immediately below the reference "Meningococcal Invasive Disease" the reference "mpox".
