Public Sector Compensation Transparency Regulations (Amendment)
under the
Public Sector Compensation Transparency Act

Under the authority of section 12 of the Public Sector Compensation Transparency Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following regulations.

as amended

       1.  Section 2 of the Public Sector Compensation Transparency Regulations is amended by deleting the words "his or her" wherever they appear and substituting the words "the employee's".

 

       2.  Section 7 of the regulations is amended by deleting the words "his or her" wherever they appear and substituting the word "a".

 

       3.  Section 7.1 of the regulations is amended by deleting the words "his or her" wherever they appear and substituting the word "a".

 

       4.  The Schedule to the regulations is amended by

          (a)  adding immediately after the reference "C.A. Pippy Park Commission" the reference "Celebrate NL Inc.";

           (b)  adding immediately after the reference "Conseil scolaire francophone provincial de Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador" the reference "Credit Union Deposit Guarantee Corporation";

            (c)  deleting the reference "Innovation and Business Investment Corporation";

           (d)  deleting the reference "Newfoundland and Labrador Medical Care Plan";

            (e)  deleting the reference "NL 911 Bureau Inc."; and

            (f)  deleting the reference "Student Loan Corporation of Newfoundland and Labrador".
