Short title

1. This Order may be cited as the Feasibility Report Respecting the Local Service Districts of Deep Bight, Hodge's Cove, Random Sound West and Caplin Cove-Southport Order.

Feasibility report

2. A feasibility report shall be prepared to consider the local governance options for the Local Service Districts of Deep Bight, Hodge's Cove, Random Sound West and Caplin Cove-Southport.

Appointment

3. LW Consulting is appointed to prepare the feasibility report.

Preparation of report

4. The feasibility report shall be prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Municipalities Act, 1999.
