Short title

1. This Order may be cited as the Public Service Commission Act Schedule C Amendment Order, 2023 No. 2.

RSNL1990 cP-43 Sch. C Amdt.

2. Schedule C of the Public Service Commission Act is amended by deleting the entity reference "Interprovincial Lottery Corporation Board of Directors with respect to provincial nominees".

Repeal

3. The Public Service Commission Act Schedule C Amendment Order, 2023, Newfoundland and Labrador Regulation 21/23 is repealed.
