Under the authority of section 70 of the Environmental Protection Act, the minister, with the approval of the Lieutenant-Governor in Council, makes the following Order.

1. This order may be cited as the Trout River Harbour Dredging Project Exemption Order.

Exemption

2. The dredging of Trout River harbour by the Department of Fisheries and Oceans Canada is exempted from Part X of the Act.

Expiry

3. This order ceases to have effect on December 31, 2023.
