Under the authority of section 52 of the Income and Employment Support Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following regulations.

1. (1) Subsection 19(2) of the Income and Employment Support Regulations is amended by deleting the amount "$125" wherever it appears and substituting the amount "$175".

(2) Subsection 19(3) of the regulations is amended by deleting the amount "$125" and substituting the amount "$175".

Commencement

2. These regulations come into force on November 15, 2023.
